Mô tả công việc
• Consulting the customers to sell ET's products and services.
• Following up on the customers' data; ensuring personal sales target is achieved.
• Looking for and developing new customer sources and ideas to approach potential customers.
• Building a good and professional image for ET to attract more potential customers.
• Carrying out excellent after-sales services to build trust with the students by taking good care of their learning progress at ET, and providing them instant support.
• Dealing with customers'/students' complaints to gain their understanding and sympathy for English Town's policies, ensuring bringing them the best experience during their stay at ET.
• Keep up-to-date with the customers' and students' information based on the given procedures.
• Any other assigned duties, tasks, or projects by higher managers.

Compulsory requirements:
Be flexible to work by shifts (8 hrs/day, 5 days/week, Monday to Saturday).
Be passionate about sales and want to experience sales work.
Love making money and commit to earning money.
Good at using English, want to use 100% English to communicate with customers and colleagues all day.
Be hard-working and ready to work 10 hrs/day.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
• Base salary (gross): 7,000,000vnd/month (guaranteed income during 2 months' probation = 8,000,000vnd/month) >> total income is from 15,000,000 - 40,000,000vnd/month.
• Sponsored overseas or domestic travels by the company (company trip).
• Parking allowance (if any)
• Full insurance according to the Labor code.
• 13th, 14th month salary paid yearly.

Không có hệ thống quy trình làm viêc nhất quán, lấy con số sales làm kim chỉ nam nếu ko có sales là đang làm sai hết, nói chung phải chạy hàng ngày (CTT)
