1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, refine JDs, and build strong candidate pipelines.
Actively source through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, events, referrals).
Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire).
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and talent communities.
2. Other HR Initiatives (30%)
Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions, onboarding programs, and career development initiatives.
Employer Branding: Collaborate and execute employer branding campaigns (online or offline).
Contribute to other HR projects or ad-hoc tasks to support the team's growth and employee experience.4+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in fast-paced environments or fintech/banking domain).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; proven ability to close senior roles.
Good knowledge of HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at English 4 skills.
Well-adapted, proactive, and possess a "can do" attitude.
Experience recruiting B2B and B2C sales positions from junior to manager level is a plus.Attractive salary and performance-based bonuses
