This is the main job description, and training will be provided to master these job tasks:

• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify potential suppliers, gather quotes, and participate in the negotiation process.
• Accurately input and maintain data related to purchase orders, invoices, and vendor information in the company's procurement system.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, track order statuses, and communicate effectively to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Support the creation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Work closely with team members to verify purchase requisitions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist the procurement team in day-to-day activities, including research, analysis, and other tasks as assigned.
• Generate and compile reports related to purchasing activities, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned regarding the admin unit

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or recent graduate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
