JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Academic curriculum, especially in the English program at kindergarten level.
Coordinate with Academic Manager to carry out professional planning, including planning the academic year, monthly and weekly schedules, review and approve lesson plans for teachers;
Plan and organize monthly field trips; playgrounds and events for children.
Establish and monitor the implementation of daily schedules for kids based on their age group;
Conduct daily inspections of classrooms, learn and play areas; observe and keep track of the class hour quality, maintain a safe and professional environment for kids;
Do assessment and evaluation to measure student progress and program effectiveness;
Monitor and supervise the quality and progress of teachers. Conducting training and delivering professional development programs to teachers;
Coordinate with the School Principal/Manager to handle parent inquiries, support teachers in communicating and resolving issues from parents;
Provide advice to the Board of Directors and Manager on improving the quality of care and education;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Early childhood education, English or a related field
2+ years experience in Preschool Academic
Experience developing and implementing curriculum
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in Montessori or Japanese preschool teaching methods is a plus
Passion for working with young children
Commitment to providing high-quality education
Ability to collaborate effectively with othersLaptop
