On behalf of the General Director, monitor and supervise the progress and urge the implementation of key projects as well as regular work of departments.
Work directly with departments to grasp the operational situation, synthesize information, detect bottlenecks and problems that arise during operation.
Ensure the flow of information between the Board of Directors and departments is smooth, fast and accurate.
Perform other tasks under the direct assignment and direction of the General Director.Degree: Graduated from a university or higher.
Major: Majors in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
Special Priority: Applicants with a Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh (MBA) hoặc chứng chỉ Quản lý dự án chuyên nghiệp (PMP).
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (Trợ lý Tổng Giám đốc, Trợ lý Chủ tịch HĐQT, Quản lý Dự án cấp cao).
Có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong việc theo dõi, quản lý đa dự án/đa nhiệm vụ cùng lúc.Project management skills: In-depth knowledge of project management processes and tools.
