- Support in preparing legal documents related to the assigned project: Project investment dossier, application for approval of project objectives and recognition of investors, investment approval, agreement on reserve signing, construction permit... according to current regulations in the investment preparation and project implementation phase.
- Update information, report progress, and handle documents related to project procedures and legal matters assigned (project progress report according to the timetable)...
- Draft various types of documents to implement assigned projects.
- Verify, review, and assess the compliance of the project's legal documents with the assigned project.
- Propose solutions and methods to address legal issues related to the project during the implementation process.
- Handle any arising situations during the project implementation to ensure compliance with regulations and timelines.
- Perform other tasks as required by the company.- 1 - 3 years of working experience, especially working as a legal project (real estate);
- Bachelor's degree in Law with excellent academic credentials;
- Good communication in English;
- Strong valuation skills, quick adaptation ability, and strong negotiation skills;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and work under high pressure;Thưởng
