Assist the Manager for the detailing and implementation of Marketing programs.
• Work closely with the media agency and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring of media campaigns and plans.
• Input on the development, production & implementation of advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.
• Analyze and monitor program efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved.
• Assist in development and implementation of the Communications Plan for the marketing programs
• Perform monthly gathering, analysis, and reporting of consumer and trade data including sales volumes, market share, penetration/ distribution, stock- out, and inventory.
• Assist in developing and implementing trade and consumer promos as well as merchandising and local event activities based on business directions while coordinating with both Sales and Trade Marketing departments.
• Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
NPD: work with inter department team to evaluate product potential / package innovations for presentation to improve the brand image in the market place.
• Consumer research understanding / survey
• Other works as assigned by Manager

Education
• University/College degree in Marketing or equivalent training.
Work Experience
• Experienced in the areas of Marketing or Trade Marketing with preferably in multinational companies.
Skills required
▪ Having knowledge of Marketing techniques and concepts and business practices in Vietnam.
▪ English oral and written communication skills
▪ Experience working in the beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage
▪ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, using software of design is an advantage
