Market Expansion and Business Development:

• Lead initiatives to develop and launch new products or enter new market segments.

Sales Leadership:

• Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, setting targets and strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the sales department.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Contract Negotiation:

• Oversee contract negotiations with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that contractual agreements are in alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
