1. Administrative and Paperwork Support

• Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and document scanning to maintain a well-organized filing system.
• Draft, format, and review internal and external correspondence, including emails, reports, and memos.
• Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained, placing orders as needed.

2. Travel Arrangements

• Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and necessary reservations.
• Manage visa applications and travel documentation for employees traveling abroad.
• Monitor travel itineraries to ensure timely arrangements and any adjustments are communicated.

3. Transportation Coordination

• Schedule and arrange company-provided transportation, such as booking company vehicles or coordinating with external car services.
• Communicate with drivers or transport vendors to confirm pick-up and drop-off times for employees and guests.
• Track transportation costs and ensure they stay within budget.

4. Meeting and Event Support

• Assist with meeting preparation, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
• Support the setup and breakdown of internal events, such as team meetings, workshops, and company gatherings.
• Coordinate with catering services or external vendors for events, if needed.

5. Office Coordination and Communication

• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day administrative needs, addressing requests promptly.
• Support cross-departmental communication by relaying information to relevant parties.
• 6. Reporting and Expense Tracking
• Track and record expenses related to travel, transportation, and other administrative activities.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain records for financial tracking.
