Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their objectives. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes, managing administrative tasks, and providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations. 

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales databases.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

• Administrative support to the team.

• Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)).

• Prepare internal documents: Payment request and stationery request.

• Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager.

• Data collecting, customer research.

• Processing of invoices and expenses for the team.

• Booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, managing team's schedule.

• Internal and customer communication. • Weekly contract and sales track.

• Support data management.

• Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• 2 years experience in a similar position

• Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client’s projects and providing creative solutions to problems.

• Client service mindset.

• Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
