We are continually seeking innovation and improvements while also developing our existing products. In 2024, we plan to enhance our UX team and place a greater emphasis on customer research for each new feature we develop. Additionally, we are planning a significant upgrade to the existing UX. Therefore, we are looking for a UX Researcher who will collaborate closely with the Design and Developer teams to improve the UX process, focusing particularly on the Empathize, Define, and Test phases.
We need someone with the knowledge and experience in User Research to enhance and expand this segment. The team's task is to research and identify the best UX direction from the internal development phase of an idea to the research phase after the feature is released and tested by users. The UX Researcher will also work with team to better interpret application usage data and help the Product Team define the product UX strategy more effectively.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Implementing best practices and tools in User Research and establishing a sustainable and scalable User Research process within Uniscore.
Organizing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to provide designers and other stakeholders with insights into user expectations.
Closely collaborating with Designers, Marketing, Product Owners, and Data Analysts.
Identifying opportunities for UX enhancements on the product.
Carrying out projects in the Market Research domain (data collection, analysis, and reporting).What you bring to the team
At least 3 years of experience in User Research.
Proactive work attitude - independently proposing new opportunities for UX improvements.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good mentoring skills - sharing knowledge with teammates.
Knowledge of sports is an advantage - understanding the domain helps in choosing the right type of research and making accurate decisions.
English: Fluent. Having additional languages is an advantage.
