Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities:

Managing Raw Materials Procurement:

Identify raw material requirements (steel, alloys, and other specialized materials) from the production department and plan purchases.
Research the market, select, and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure stable and quality supply.
Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
Monitor delivery schedules, inspect quality, and ensure timely supply of materials.

Managing Cutting Tools Procurement:

Work with relevant departments to understand the cutting tool requirements for machining processes.
Develop a purchasing strategy to ensure cutting tools are always available and meet technical specifications.
Analyze the performance and lifespan of cutting tools to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.

Managing Outsourcing Services:

Collaborate with external processing service providers to meet production needs that the company cannot handle in-house.
Ensure that outsourcing services meet the required quality and deadlines.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors.

Supplier Development and Management:

Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery time, and ability to meet demand.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in case suppliers face difficulties.

Optimizing Processes and Costs:

Develop initiatives to improve the efficiency of the procurement process and reduce material and tool costs.
Utilize purchasing management software and ERP systems to track and analyze procurement performance.
Propose improvement solutions to optimize material and cutting tool inventory, avoiding shortages or surpluses.

Managing Purchasing Budget:

Build and manage the annual procurement budget, ensuring that expenditures stay within the plan.
Collaborate with the finance department to control costs and manage supplier payment contracts.

Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly report on the procurement status of materials, tools, and outsourcing services to the management.
Analyze data and make strategic recommendations to improve the procurement process and minimize risks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Economics, or related fields.
Preference for candidates with relevant procurement or supply chain management certifications.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience working in the oil & gas, mechanical, manufacturing, or related industries.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and budget management skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Language:

Fluent in English for commercial transactions and technical issues.

Personal Qualities:

Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strategic thinking, decision-making ability based on analysis and data.
Teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate with other departments.
