Job Purpose
The maintenance Section Head will oversee the activity of the maintenance department and staff, developing, implementing, and develop a system of Autonomous maintenance, Preventive maintenance for the organization. Well communicate with each other&039;s departments to prioritize maintenance jobs. Develop people in the organization to make improvement projects which is align with company objective.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety of all members in the team via working in safety manner, equipment/tool safety and safety environment.
• Oversees the daily workload and schedules of each department.
• Possesses strong skills in repairing, adjusting, and performing inspections on machinery related to mechanical systems.
• Conducts system performance evaluations that are on timely and ensure the efficiency is well maintain.
• Hires and trains autonomous maintenance/Preventive maintenance system to staff.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Take part of continuous improvement program/project.
• Training/Coaching AM/CILR system to related department to reduce machine breakdown
• Identifies and analyzes cause of machine breakdown then leading team to eliminate machine breakdown
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Manage overall key objective with related with construction work to meet target and timeline.
• Develops, implements, and manages maintenance team to ensure that related maintenance jobs are meet required in each department
• Identifies and sets appropriate AM/PM to reduce machine breakdown
• Coordinates with other function to prioritize daily jobs for members in the team.
