Mô Tả Công Việc
Project Management (85%)
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Research, propose to optimize and develop new features for the project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Reporting (15%)
• Collaborate with Head of CX Team and Ecommerce Director – Inbound to develop weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports.
• In-depth understanding of tracking tools for the experiencing of customers and Martech (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase…) and UI UX

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.
• Year of Experience: 2+ years
• Sensitive to numbers, able to improvise quickly.
• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels, CX tools, tracking tools
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Having knowledge with Mobile App/Digital Transformation is a big plus.
• Fluent English
• Passion for internet technology trends, new functionality and hospitality industry and data modeling.
• Prefer candidates who works at Marriot/ Accor/ Traveloka/ Booking/ Agoda and in charge of Asia market
• Year of Experience: 2+ years
