Test Planning and Design:
Build and design test cases based on software requirements;
Identify testing requirements based on requirement documents, system design, and functional descriptions;
Analyze and prioritize testing requirements.
Perform Testing:
Perform functional testing, integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
Test applications across different platforms;
Record and report detected issues, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the software development process to ensure adherence to quality standards;
Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or software updates;
Evaluate and suggest improvements to enhance software quality and development processes.
User Manual Writing:
Create and maintain detailed user manuals, including installation guides, usage instructions, and troubleshooting tips;
Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure the manuals accurately reflect product features and functionalities;
Ensure user manuals are written clearly, are easy to understand, and are accessible to end-users;
Update manuals as features or interfaces change.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
At least 2-3 years of experience in QA, Testing, or similar positions;
Deep understanding of software testing processes and QA methodologies;
Experience with testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, TestRail, or similar tools;
Experience with API testing, UI testing, integration testing, and regression testing;
Ability to write technical documentation and user manuals clearly and understandably;
Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply;
Good teamwork skills, effective communication with relevant departments;
Problem-solving skills and logical thinking;
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision;
Language: English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with the Shopify platform is a significant advantage.
Experienced in handling projects that serve a large number of customers.Salary: Negotiable, up to 25,000,000 VND;
