1.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in building daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor sales trends and product movement across all channels.
- Analyze data to support demand forecasting and procurement planning.
2.Excel and Reporting Automation
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and conditional formatting.
- Support SCM Leader in automating repetitive reports and organizing data dashboards.
3.Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with SCM Leader to track POs and delivery schedules.
- Update internal systems and files with SKU-level inventory data.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock records for internal reference and HQ reporting.
4.Forecast & Planning Support
- Assist in compiling forecasts for future purchasing needs.
- Compare forecasts vs. actual sales and recommend adjustments as necessary.
5.Cross-Department Coordination
- Support communication between SCM, retail, marketing, and HQ for inventory-related projects.
- Help prepare visual summaries and PowerPoint reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
6.Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare internal documents for warehouse updates, stock transfers, and inbound/outbound schedules.
- Support translation of supply chain materials between Vietnamese and English (optional).Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related fields.
At least 2 year of relevant experience in planning, analysis, or logistics support (fresh graduates with strong Excel may be considered).
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (required).
Detail-oriented and organized with logical thinking.
Comfortable working with large volumes of product/SKU data.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic supply chain software is a plus.Competitive salary based on ability.
