1. Retail Operation Support:
- Assist in consolidating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports from all stores.
- Prepare store operation checklists and assist in store audits or evaluations.
- Follow up on action items from store managers and ensure timeline alignment.
2. Visual Merchandising Support:
- Translate VM guidelines from HQ and support execution in-store.
- Document visual compliance by collecting and organizing store display photos.
- Prepare PowerPoint / Canva presentations for store display updates and VM reports.
3. New Store Opening Coordination:
- Support the preparation of materials and logistics for new store set-up.
- Assist in communicating with contractors and VM team for fixture delivery and installation.
- Help arrange training materials for new staff onboarding.
4. Communication & Translation:
- Serve as language support for the Retail Manager in internal meetings, email communication, and HQ reporting.
- Translate SOP documents, store operation manuals, and internal communications (EN-VN or VN-EN).
5. Training & Administrative Assistance:
- Assist in the creation of training documents and scheduling sessions for store staff.
- Help maintain HR coordination for scheduling, attendance, and internal team activities.University degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in retail operations or administrative roles (experience with Art Toy or fashion brands is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
