Key responsibilities:

• Perform invoice validation and account coding, and ensure approvals according to company authorization policies.
• Schedule vendor paymen in accordance with payment cycles and monitor discount opportunitites. Follow up and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies. Reconcile vendor account balances with monthly statements.
• Prepare month-end A/P accruals and perform entries in General Ledger.
• Perform OFAC checks for all new vendors.
• Review service invoices, project timesheet submission is in line, approved by correct budger owner, in line with project budget and correct WBS code.
• Familiarise with Purchase Orders and Sub-contract agreements to understand payment schedule and claim requirements.
• Review, validate and approve vendor/sub-contractor invoices in alignment with terms and conditions of the contract, ensuring supporting document provided are in line with progress milestone and reimbursable claims, working closely with procurement, contracts and cost controller.
• Check and approve expense claims as per company policy and personnel entitlement, working closely with HR and Project Control etc.
