You are a motivated, detail oriented, technical skills and energetic person who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic small-team environment. You learn quickly and are passionate about helping others.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, addressing product and service issues.
• Assist customers in understanding and troubleshooting RDB (a product of The Access).
• Lead interactive calls with solution-driven support and issue resolution.
• Ensure excellent service levels by prioritizing and addressing customer needs effectively.

Key performance indicators:

• Customer satisfaction
• Average 1st response time
• Outbounds and Inbound Calls
• Average Resolution Time

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• 2+ years of customer support/technical assistance experience via phone, email, or chat.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and adaptability to shifting priorities and flexible work hours.
