You are a motivated, detail oriented, technical skills and energetic person who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic small-team environment. You learn quickly and are passionate about helping others.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Respond to inbound customer/partner inquiries via email or chat about products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers in using Elay (a member of The Access).
• Lead interactive calls, providing solution-driven responses.
• Ensure strong customer service focus and assess issues for appropriate action.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Fluent in English with 3+ years of customer support/technical assistance experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving and sales skills.
• Team player, flexible with shifts, and adaptable to changing priorities.
