About you:

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented QA professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll support our Product Development Team by defining QA strategies and executing test plans. Working alongside QA specialists, you'll use a variety of tools and follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality, client-focused product delivery.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with the Project Team to understand requirements, create test plans, and perform functional/non-functional testing.
• Develop and maintain automation test cases for regression testing; identify and track bugs using Azure DevOps.
• Support deployment processes, verify bug fixes, conduct post-release testing, and ensure releases meet quality standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage testing timelines, and contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of software testing experience with strong skills in both manual and automated testing using frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
• Proficient in programming (e.g., Java, Python), Git, API testing (Postman), and test design techniques.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experienced in creating test plans, strategies, and comprehensive test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, with a collaborative team mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, K6) and security testing tools like Burp Suite.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and product owners.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and tools; domain experience in recruitment systems is a plus.
• QA certification (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage.
