. Manage all activities and operations of Shop on platforms (Shoppee/Lazada /Tiki Tiktok)
. Prepare monthly / quarterly campaign and promotion plan and improve the performance
. Track campaign results and make better campaign to optimize Effectiveness
. Optimize order processing process, monitor customer order behavior and market trends so as to identify ways to maximize sales potential..
. Develop cross/ up sales per customer to increase sales

2. Contents development activities:
. Ensuring information about: images, content is complete, beautiful, be accurate.
. Always keep the shop and products information up to date.
. The latest information and sales information are regularly provided through blogs (feed), live streams, and customer messengers.
. Create content for Product, promotion banners and work with designer follow design guide (identity).

3. Stock management activities:
. Working with warehouse team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well

4. CS activities:
. Response to all customer enquiry included inbox and comments on stores.
. Analyze customer’s trend, comment, feedback and report
