Job Description:

Responsible for managing the resources of an organization or company&039;s resources, particularly human resource management. The role involves gathering information about current personnel, forecasting future human resource needs, and ensuring the organization has adequate resources to meet job requirements.

- Organizing training and development programs for the human resource pool.
