Job Summary:
The role is an integral part of FC Strategy, responsible for managing FC planning process, which involves creating sales plans, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
The role also includes performing research, analyzing, and reporting sales data, identifying sales trends, preparing proposals, creating and delivering presentations.
The role to include communication and present clearly and persuasively FC data and insights, training and coaching FC team on how to use the systems and tools effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market intelligence to understand the current practices in the industry.
- Analyze competitive activities, project market trends, identify opportunities and practical guidance to optimize company strategies and increase market share.
- Support FC Operations in formulation of compensation scheme and tool and validate the accuracy.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support FC operations processes and response in time and accuracy the reporting and analysis needs. Enhance and automate reporting system and tools to be more user friendly.
- Provide key insights for future planning, valuable feedback, and actionable insights to improve sales and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and maintain integrated business plans, allocation of sales target and budget by items. Detail and mapping activities into action plan for ease management and control, and supportive to company strategy, vision, and mission. Ensure adherence to operating budget and performance management.
- Perform risk management to protect business from any impact of possible crisis (e.g., financial losses, reputational damage, business interruption) and to maintain business continuity in the event of a disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws, codes, rules, and regulations related to assigned activities.
- Play as a role of project manager for all projects relating to FC.
- Follow ethical practices with FC data.
