Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fulfillment sector, domestically and internationally.
Promote and sell Betec's Fulfillment and warehousing services, especially to Amazon sellers and fast-growing e-commerce brands.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms; successfully close deals that align with the company's growth strategy.
Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Collaborate with warehousing and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and regularly report results to the Business Development Manager.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Represent Betec at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote services and expand the client network.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales experience. Prior experience in Fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Fulfillment services and logistics, with specific knowledge of Amazon FBA and e-commerce platform requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to research markets, understand client needs, and craft effective sales strategies.
English Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients.
