In this role, your main purpose will be to secure excellent sales results (both new and existing students) and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience aligned with our standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for engaging with students and parents, providing consultation services, managing enquiries, processing registrations, and supporting all customer-facing activities to drive growth and satisfaction.

You will face the exciting challenge of working in a competitive educational market and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain efficient post-sales service, and ensure data accuracy using internal systems like Salesforce CRM and TCMS. You will also be required to participate in sales and marketing events, cover duties at other centres when needed, and support the smooth daily operations of the teaching centre.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

• At least 2 years of experience in a B2C customer management and/or sales environment
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and competent IT skills
• Experience in contract drafting and professional correspondence is desirable
• Familiarity with sales techniques and working in the education sector would be advantageous
