1. Sample Development & Coordination
• Receive new style packages from buyers and distribute them to relevant teams.
• Analyze technical details, clarify unclear points, and prepare materials (MAT) while scheduling the sample development plan.
• Monitor the entire sample process from initial development to final approval for bulk production.
• Review the first prototype samples, create a checklist of required updates, gather factory feedback, and send recommendations to YOK for buyer approval.
• Ensure all requested testing (mock-ups and garments) meet buyer and Youngone's standards.
• Track and follow up on prototype progress until the final sample is approved for bulk production.
2. Costing & Material Allocation
• Provide costing information to YOK and calculate final consumption based on the approved sample.
• Prepare Material Requirement Reports (MTRs) for new or redesigned styles and hand over to the purchasing team for procurement.
3. Production Handover & Execution
• Transfer final documents, buyer comments, and final design samples to the production team.
• Organize and lead size set reviews and pre-production meetings with relevant teams based on the bulk input plan.
• Oversee construction and workmanship in bulk production, ensuring adherence to the approved sample.

4. Training & Knowledge Sharing
• Train team members on:
o Buyer's tech packs, garment construction, and key terminologies.
o Costing breakdown calculations for accurate cost estimation.
o Testing requirements and quality standards for compliance with buyer expectations.
o Buyer's online system to ensure smooth document handling and process management.
o Junior developer training to strengthen team competency.Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in garment/backpack development, sample coordination, or production is a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
• Strong understanding of garment construction, raw material properties, and buyer specifications.
• Knowledge of costing, material consumption calculations, and testing standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and buyers.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and industry-specific software.Quyền lợi được hưởng
