Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and improving digital channels and products within CJ Group, with a strong focus on UX- Design and Data- Driven UX. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, interaction design, and visual aesthetics to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Conducting UX/UI Design for Corporate and Brand Digital Channels
Designing UX improvements for CJ Group websites (CJ.NET, AI Center, and affiliate websites).
Creating promotional content and event page designs for digital channels.
Improving User Experience Through UX Research and Process Design
Developing mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and design guidelines.
Conducting UX research and designing user processes for digital channels and platforms.
Executing UX Consulting, UI Design, and Interaction Design for Digital Channel Projects
Collaborating with project BPOs and PMs to establish design strategies.
Handling UI design, key visuals, and interaction design during digital channel proposals and development.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience of Web/App Service Development and Proposal Project.
Experience in deriving insights through data analysis and proposing/designing improvements based on findings.
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with stakeholders from multiple teams effectively.
4- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
Proficiency in creating design concepts aligned with strategic direction and documenting them effectively.
Ability to design UX/UI for digital channels and platforms.
Experience with Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), and Figma.
At least 3 years of experience in platform UX/UI Design.
Fluent in business English with effective communication skills to interact with customers. Can use Korean is a PLUS.
Proficiency in UX Research and Data- Driven User Process Design and creating prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Experience with Korean Companies
Experience in proposing, designing, leading B2C Platforms and E- commerce project.
