• Onboard new mentors to ensure they are well equipped to support our learners.
• Foster strong relationships with our mentors, addressing any concerns or needs they might have.
• Monthly check-in with mentors to make sure we keep the highest Mentors NPS
• Manage mentor-student interactions, ensuring timely and productive sessions.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that mentors contribute feedbacks that help to keep our curriculum up-to-date.
• Monitor and analyze mentors performance to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Organize regular feedback sessions with mentors to continuously improve the mentoring experience.
• Handle any operational challenges or conflicts between mentors and learners, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties involved.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role within the education or ed-tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the fast paced work environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges with poise.
• Familiarity with coding is a plus.
• Passionate about education and mentorship.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and come up with innovative solutions
• A big fan of automation and reduce manual work
