DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare quotation to client and relevant work.
• Prepare execution quantities, budget estimation
• Cross check final account of sub-contractor/ supplier.
• After brief project meeting and receive design drawings from Design Dept.,
complete on time (depend on project size).
• During the project construction time, if client asks for additional works,
complete BOQ for additional works and send to Project Manager for checking.
• Make sure that items and unit price in BOQ must be accurate
• Have site survey to understand all items for accurate unit price before
preparing BOQ,.
• Check material inventory with suppliers to avoid of material lack or change that
affect on BOQ submission and project progress before preparing BOQ.
• Understand the market price before preparing BOQ.
• Update new materials, get samples and presentation from suppliers.
• If there are unclear items in BOQ, quickly get explanation and make clear,
avoid lateness that affect on work flow procedure and project progress.
• After getting project confirmation from client, quickly provide Execution
Quantities to Project Manager and explain all items in Execution Quantities.
• All BOQ for revised items or additional works must be submitted to client by
Project Manager. After getting approval from client, keep file.

• Work independent, organize and arrange to coordinate with other member
along the team, and with other departments.
• Accept our company culture and management concept.
• To implement and respect our company regulation.
• To implement Company’s ISO system procedure and Cost Control Work Flow
strictly.
• To implement Company’s ISO 5 Quality Policy for the whole project.
