Key Responsibilities
- Develop Business Strategies:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to propose suitable business strategies.
- Identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.
- Client Network Development:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Directly approach and provide tailored business solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive Revenue and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with departments to create proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies.
- Project Management:
- Participate in planning and executing new business projects.
- Oversee progress, assess risks, and ensure the quality of services delivered to clients.
- Enhance Company Branding:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and seek new collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure business strategies align with the company’s core values and image.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or relevant roles.
- Prefer candidates with experience in [specific industry: technology, finance, services, etc.].
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Total income = Salary + Commission, up to 100.000$ per month
