1. Plan, manage, and coordinate the entire logistics process, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution.
2. Oversee daily shipping operations ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport companies.
4. Monitor and optimize transportation costs while ensuring high service levels.
5. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.
6. Supervise logistics team members, including warehouse staff and shipping coordinators.
7. Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare and manage logistics budgets and reports.
9. Manage documentation processes for import and export shipments (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
10. Handle any logistics issues, delays, or disputes with carriers and suppliers.
11. Ensure proper inventory management and stock control in warehouses.
12. Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
13. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the shipping or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs clearance, and transportation management.
• Proficient in logistics software (ERP systems, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CHINESE and ENGLISH ability is required.
