Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to drive and expand our online business across TikTok, online distributors, and cross-border platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, especially within Southeast Asia, and demonstrate proven experience working with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a strategic online network, with a strong focus on TikTok, online distributors, and overseas markets.
• Plan and implement monthly sales activation campaigns, coordinating creative direction and performance tracking across platforms.
• Collaborate with KOLs (especially TikTok creators) and manage relationships with distributors in Vietnam and SEA countries to support cross-border sales initiatives.
• Maintain strong operational alignment with KAMs (Key Account Managers) from online platforms to ensure up-to-date information and seamless execution.
• Leverage various marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and enhance user acquisition.
• Monitor daily ad performance (onsite and offsite) in collaboration with agencies; identify sales triggers and conduct competitor analysis during key monthly milestones (e.g., D-Day, Mid-month, Payday, Brand Day).
• Be proficient in managing cross-border platforms including but not limited to: Shopify, Amazon, Tokopedia, Flipkart, Lazada, Shopee, Alibaba, Taobao.
• Track and report ROI, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded through continual optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: University graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Business Development, or Digital Sales.
• Prior experience at Shopee or TikTok in a similar role is a strong plus.
• Experience in online overseas business development is also highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and KPIs.
• Languages: Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
