About us:
ICTS is a Vietnam-based software development boutique that focuses on cutting-edge technologies. We specialize in custom software and AI integration services for English-speaking markets.

Now we are hiring 01 Business Development Representatives in the Sales Department to take part in our team.

What you will do:

Qualify leads, identify sales opportunities and follow up using CRM systems
Participate in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Build and develop client relationships via call (video or not), email, chat, offline events
Prepare and present sales proposals to customers and negotiate the deal’s terms based on the company’s guidelines
Participate in building good practices for sales team
Work closely with the Marketing team and the Business Analysis team to optimize the whole customer experience and increase the conversion rate from leads to deals
Work closely with the Accounting department in the collection of overdue accounts
Participate in Account Management activities

Yêu cầu công việc

Having 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience
Having experiences in professional service/trade businesses targeting English-speaking markets is a plus
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and data-based mindset
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
English proficiency (4 skills)

Salary: 8M - 15M VND gross/ month + sales commission
13 months' salary per year, Tet and holiday bonuses: April 30th, September 2nd, New Year, project-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses
Participation in monthly seminars (on non-tech or tech topics) for employee training and to foster an internal learning environment
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, NO OVERTIME, ensuring Work-Life Balance
Participation in company clubs: Badminton Club, Table Tennis Club, Movie Club, etc
Working in an English-speaking environment regularly, the company supports the Rocket English 1-1 language training program
