Now we are hiring a Business Analyst to take part in our team.

 BUSINESS ANALYST (1+ years experience)

• Actively involved in Pre-sales and Development phases of projects, working closely with Business Development and Delivery Teams.
• Collect, assess, and analyze customer requirements for software projects. 
• Contribute to the development of design and business analysis documentation for the project. 
• Assist in project planning, clearly defining the steps and resources needed for the project. 
• Collaborate closely with different operation teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Participate in UAT testing to ensure that it meets customer criteria and requirements. 
• Coordinate with other project team members under the supervision of the direct team leaders and daily engage with overseas customers.

• Preferably having 01+ years of experience as a Business Analyst at Software Outsourcing companies.
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience in CRM/ERP, mobile application development
• Good at using UI/UX design tools, User flows, DB diagrams, such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD…
• Basic understanding of database structures and system integration.
• Ability to write clear and detailed technical documents (SRS, BRD) in both English and Vietnamese.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to self-learn and research, take ownership of assignments, and work well both independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in English (4 skills)

• Salary: 13 - 20M VND gross/ month
• 13 months' salary per year, Tet and holiday bonuses: April 30th, September 2nd, New Year, project-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses
• Hands-on training provided by experienced senior BA lead and Project Managers. 
• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, rarely OVERTIME requested, ensuring Work-Life Balance
• Participation in company clubs: Badminton Club, Table Tennis Club, Movie Club, etc
• Working in an English-speaking environment regularly, the company supports the Rocket English 1-1 language training program
