* Goal of function: Support the introduction of a continuous improvement process (KVP)

* Description of function
- Conduct associate training sessions on standards
- Identify improvement potential in standards and inform central office
- Determine capacities, based on key identifiers (e.g. productivity, scrap, etc.) in cooperation with the responsible persons in the plants
- Conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. Production, Logistics, etc.) to identify improvement potential (e.g. with regard to minutes, space and material, parametrization of production equipment, reduction of error rates, etc.)
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
- Implement actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team
- Implement agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved
- Cooperate in optimizing standards/processes/production equipment (e.g. computer-aided monitoring of maintenance cycles via databases, etc.)
Alternative I, in addition to the tasks mentioned above:
- Introduce standards (DPSI) in the plants and review compliance with them, in cooperation with management
Alternative II, in addition to the tasks mentioned above:
- Create production equipment handbooks, manuals and technical documentations (e.g. CAD drawings, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical drawings, etc.) and assure compliance to relevant standards
- Create working instructions for processes, production equipment and workflows (e.g. cable cutting, ultrasonic welding, etc.
- Develop maintenance tools (e.g. visual basic database for cable carts, etc.)
