We’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to help us create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

In this role, you’ll handle customer bookings, respond to enquiries, and support agent partners while acting as a true ambassador of the Intrepid brand. You’ll collaborate with product and operations teams to handle stop sales, update tours across platforms, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with operational queries. You’ll ensure seamless communication with customers and partners, ultimately contributing to the success of our operations.

This is a 7-month contractual, full-time position, based in our Hanoi office in Vietnam.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role
• Previous experience or qualification in the travel industry preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Extensive travel experience in Intrepid destinations would be advantageous
