As our Assistant Contracting Manager in Vietnam, you’ll be instrumental in building strong relationships with both external suppliers and internal staff. You’ll ensure impeccable service, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with Intrepid’s values. You’ll proactively seek out new opportunities and alternative suppliers, while adding value to our trips. You’ll also handle trip pricing, supplier performance management and support in safety assessments and reporting.

Ultimately, by collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll streamline processes and shape unforgettable journeys!

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our head office in Hanoi, Vietnam. Some flexibility in work hours would be expected due to the global nature of the role.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

• Strong understanding of products, suppliers, destinations, and the local travel industry in Vietnam.
• Proven experience in contracting, pricing, sourcing, and managing supplier agreements.
• Prior experience in analysing and negotiating contracts.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Extensive experience in using MS suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and systems.
