IV. Requirement
1. Education background:
- Bachelor's degree related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project manager in a software development environment.
- Previous experience in a team management role related to project management or BA/ UIUX management.
- Ability to write clear and concise business requirements and project requirements
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinations between different stakeholders
- Ability to plan quickly and manage project timelines
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G-suites for documentation and project management
- Strong understanding, experience, and passion in mobile applications and/or hardware devices/wearable.
3. Skills:
- Exceptional structural overall thinking and attention to details
- Excellent English and Vietnamese writing skills
