Project Leadership
- Own end-to-end livestream commerce projects from kickoff to reporting
- Translate client goals into actionable execution plans
- Ensure timely and high-quality output across livestreams, videos, and ads
- Lead post-campaign reviews and performance optimizations
Cross-Team Coordination
- Align livestream team (hosts, room management), short video team (script, shoot, edit), and ads team under one strategic plan
- Drive communication, task clarity, and accountability across departments
- Escalate and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively
Client & Result Management
- Act as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Deliver campaign progress, insights, and improvement proposals
- Monitor key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI) and drive continuous improvementDiploma or higher, no specific major required
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, project management, or TikTok operations
Strong understanding of TikTok livestream & short video commerce model
Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
Strong data literacy; able to interpret performance data and lead actionable adjustments
Fluent in English, Chinese and Vietnamese
Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
Fast learner(sharp kid at school) and strong in communication
Can-do spirit, ownership, and accountability- Full ownership of projects with high exposure to international brands
