Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive and engaging live online and offline lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans that follow sound pedagogical practices.
- Generate interesting ideas to increase engagement during lessons.
- Handle studio/teaching equipment to maximise the learning experience.
- Incorporate special effects into lessons to boost showmanship and viewership.
- Develop a quality curriculum that works in tandem with our back-end AI system to collect useful insights.
- Analyse relevant data to tailor lessons according to students’ needs.
- Inspire a love for the subject through passion and enthusiasm.
- English content creation and development for special courses and programs.
- Other curriculum-related and administrative tasks set by the Head of Curriculum or Academic Lead.
