1. Contents
• Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
• Making training content for teachers in public schools (College, High schools, Secondary schools, Primary schools)
• Creating lesson plans for each session at each level
2. Teacher training
• Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge
• In charging teacher training courses for given schools
• Controlling teachers’ qualifications during training course
3. Manage teachers team (public schools)
• Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers in Public schools.
• Supervising teachers' activities, taking notes, and writing up reports to share with school administrators and the ACA department.
• Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge.
• Returning to classrooms to reassess progress once teachers have completed their training.
• Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for teachers as well as students, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree
• TESOL certificate/ Teaching Degree
• 2-year teaching experience
• Training experience is an advance
