· The Direct Tutor (DT) is a member of the Academic Team, and plays a vital role in students' learning success.
· Deliver premium student educational experience with unrivaled customer service and care
· Ensure that students trust and follow the school's teaching methodology
· Ensure that students are committed and adhere to their study plan and progress
· Give advising sessions, personalized support and assist students with their interaction with study technology, and other learning needs.
· Assist students with their multimedia learning in the Interactive Center (computer lab) and assist with any learning queries that students may have about the content
· Conduct student follow-ups and general Academic team's administration duties
· Coordinate with Direct Teachers for various student-centered activities
· Other tasks assigned by Academic Manager as required

· Vietnamese national, aged between 22 - 28 years
· Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy/English linguistics
· Demonstrate fluency in English (TOEIC score 800+ or IELTS 6 is recommended)
· Tutoring experience in English is an advantage
· Passionate about English and education
· Energetic, friendly, professional and highly customer focused
· Enjoy speaking English and is comfortable doing so on a daily basis
· Willing to work following flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (08 work hours/day, 5.5 days/week)
· Able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
