We're looking for a Product Merchandiser to join our Vietnamese team as soon as possible. Help us source and buy new and exciting products at the best rates. Collaborate with our teams around the globe to create the next big high-demand product to be sold globally. The products you source will be used and seen by millions of people. Are you passionate about finding the next big product, locking in and structuring deals with manufacturers, and working with our international teams to create the next big brand?
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for assisting the production manager on product development projects (Consumer goods).
• Handling sourcing requests (RFQ, sample, prototype, material request, etc) with external contracted manufacturers and vendors.
• Preparing cost comparison matrix for sourcing tasks (OTS and custom).
• Liaise with internal and external partners/suppliers/contract manufacturers for RFQ, sample, and production schedule.
• Coordinate with the internal product development team (internal customer) to ensure the requests are accurate and achievable on the cost and technical level.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing sample/material request schedule (Domestic and international).
• Work closely with other internal product development teams (Industrial design, engineering, graphic design, quality assurance, patent/legal, etc) on product/sample requests to ensure a smooth transition from R&D to mass production.
• Assisting quality assurance led to setting up quality standards in mass production stage.
• Factory visit or China travel to solve development issues.

YOUR SKILLS:
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc)
• Excellent communication skills (Internal and external parties)
• Organized and able to work in fast pace, multitasking environment
• Knowledge of shipping process, HTS code vetting is a MUST
• Excellent written and spoken command of English, and Mandarin
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Position based in Ho Chi Minh City but travel to mainland China is required.
