 Monitor daily operation and compliance to SOP and instructions in line with customers, overseas/agent and other parties related to business;
 Take participate into the bid/project and response to provide best cost, and then follow up to check status/development.
 Ocean/ Air operation for the new project and set up its SOPs;
 Follow up ARAP with external and report to CEO
 Be responsible for setting & building up an effective and efficient team through appropriate workload allocation, backup system, training and daily coach to the operation staff;
 To streamline the operation process and inspire a team spirit and motivate the team for continuous improvement for work quality and efficiency;
 To make good record of staff performance and ensure the performance appraisal conducted regularly for individual staff development;
 Report the management daily/ monthly performance
 Maintain with Key accounts, shipping line and Airlines, keep good relationship with local / oversea agent for more new business coming;
 Assist with CEO to make the target for next year, and guarantee the task complete successfully;
 Maximize company benefit and profits to share incentives with teams
 Provide a solution for new projects with the related regulation background
 Assist with any ad hoc projects as necessary
