- Develop and implement strategies to grow the retail business in the consumer electronics category, including products such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners.
- Manage and ensure the operation of all retail stores in accordance with company standards.
- Be accountable for sales performance, operational efficiency, and brand representation across all retail channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to propose effective business growth initiatives.
- Lead and manage the retail workforce (Sales Supervisors, PGs, ...): from recruitment and training to performance evaluation and development.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and branding activities at retail points.
- Supervise inventory, in-store merchandising, customer experience, and service quality to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose new store locations; plan and execute store expansion projects as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on retail performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior management.- College or University degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the consumer electronics retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of retail business, consumer behavior, store management, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in operating multi-location retail systems.
- Excellent skills in analysis, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, and willing to travel for business as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in all four Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.- Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
