* Planning and report
- Received KPI from BOM regards to monthly quarterly and yearly Sale activities.
- Regular reports of latest industry developments, trends, pricing indications and market insights.
- Establish a dynamic and healthy pipeline for Sales to ensure Company growth.
- Monthly, quarterly reports to BOM.
- Other tasks assigned by BOM
* Training program and talent management
- Work with product directors to develop the training system.
- Develop Sales Tools to equip and assist sales personnel during selling activities.
- Train, develop, improve Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, and sales talent of all Center Managers, sale staffs.
- Review Center Managers (CM) and Staffs performance, motivate and promote quarterly.
* New sales management
- Lead Sales Initiatives at a Country-wide level.
- Develop KPI for Center Manager and EC to ensure the profitability for the company while in compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales and re-new planning.
- Monitor sales and re-new actual performance, conversion rate (App – Show - PT- Sales).
- Monitor all center managers to ensures final numbers are on target.
- Meet parents if any urgent issues arise that CM cannot handle.
- Present a sale seminar to parents.
* Customer satisfaction
- Monitor center managers and care team in their customer care tasks to make sure the services are professional and follow KPI.
- Handle customers’ feedbacks/complaints if necessary.
