Mô tả Công việc

Create and implement growth strategies: Work with the executive team to devise plans for company expansion. Identify market opportunities, analyze data, and develop strategic approaches to increase revenue and market reach.
Lead and support the growth team: Build and manage a high-performing team. Provide guidance, encourage innovation, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve goals.
Optimize revenue: Find ways to maximize revenue across different channels. Use data-driven decisions to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with various teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to spot potential areas for growth and partnerships.
Data-driven decision making: Utilize data analytics to gain insights and make informed choices for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): Define KPIs to track growth success and provide insights to the executive team.
Foster innovation: Encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation to stay ahead in the market.
A punctual, precise, and all-inclusive presentation of job-related details to the Board of Directors regularly or as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field of study.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity focused on growth, preferably within a technology or digital marketing context.
Comprehensive knowledge of growth hacking techniques, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and hands-on experience with analytics tools to gauge growth performance.
Robust strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to translate insights into actionable growth blueprints.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a history of constructing and motivating high-achieving teams.
Outstanding communication and presentation aptitudes, adept at effectively conveying intricate concepts to various stakeholders.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, driven by a zeal for innovation and continual advancement.
Capability to thrive in a rapid-paced, dynamic setting and efficiently handle multiple projects concurrently.
