We are looking for a Data Scientist working in our Hanoi office, who will use a range of coding practices to build scalable data products to solve the last mile challenges and help define and drive the next iteration of Jitsu products. The data scientist is part of the product team that is focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our drivers, clients, internal teams and end customers.

What you will do:

• You will generate large databases from various sources of structure and unstructured data.
• You will analyze data and generate statistical information to identify trends and patterns to help Jitsu, the drivers, and their clients drive better business decisions.
• You need to understand phases of product delivery and be an expert on analysis for each stage to contribute to decision making for product features, operational, driver, client, and internal improvements.
• You will use a range of programming languages to transform big data into data sets by translating technical data to simple language and giving recommendations and conclusions to stakeholders.
• You will build scalable machine learning pipelines and use feature engineering and optimization methods to improve data set performances.
• You will work with engineering and other peers to integrate and separate data feeds to map, produce, transform and test new scalable data sets.
• Implement best practices for data.
