Mô Tả Công Việc
- The Costing staff will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports related to manufacturing operations.
- 'Analyze Manufacturing costs and identify areas for cost reduction
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost data and provide financial insights
- Participate in the development and implementation of cost-control procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to management
- Other tasks assigned by Managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience:
- At least years of working experience in Costing field
Knowledge:
- Understanding about Financial/Accounting field, Korean culture, etc
Skills:
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written'
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and FAST software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills."
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,
- Proven experience in cost accounting or related roles. preferably in Samsung, LG, or big Korean companies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles is a plus.
